Property Protection Fee – Terms and Conditions
- By paying the Property Protection Fee (PPF), you are protected against future claims for reasonable accidental damage caused by any member travelling on the booking. Such damage would include accidental breakage or damage to household items or spillage resulting in stains to carpets, furniture or walls.
- Once paid the PPF is not refundable and may not be cancelled by you but would be refunded by us in the unlikely event that we were unable to provide your holiday
- We are members ABTA and follow their Tour Operators Code of Conduct to ensure good service. However, should you subsequently have a complaint that we are unable to resolve, ABTA provide an independent dispute resolution service.
