Checking in for a villa or an apartment is no different than checking in for a hotel and you are required to provide identification and credit card for incidental charges.
By checking in online you will no longer have to visit our local office to register, saving you valuable holiday time and money.
On Arrival
Please note certain resorts use ANPR technology to allow vehicles into the resort. Up to 48 hours before arrival you will receive a link by email to register your rental vehicle. This email comes directly from the property management, by completing your online check in you are agreeing that we have your permission to pass your contact details onto the property management company.
Once you have collected your rental from the car depot please click the link to register, you must register before arrival at the resort in order to gain access. If you do not register you will not be granted access to the resort. This must be done once per vehicle.
At Present this is only for Champions Gate Resort and Solara Resort. However others may be added at a later date.
Online check opens immediately after your booking has been confirmed and closes at 16:00, seven days before your check in date.
As soon as you complete the online check in procedure, we will email you check in instructions and other important information.
You will receive an email to confirm that your check in is complete, your documents including directions to your villa will be sent to you approximately two days prior to Departure.
